BRitt Füsers| TRAINEE
Britt obtained her Bachelor's degree in Biology with a specialization in Neurobiology from Radboud University. During this time, she completed an internship at the Biophysics department of the Donders Institute, where her research focused on audiovisual integration in a complex environment. Her thesis examined how visual and auditory information is integrated to guide head-orienting movements, offering insights into sensory processing in dynamic settings.
Currently, Britt is pursuing a Master's degree in Cognitive Neuroscience at Radboud University, specializing in Development and Lifelong Plasticity. Under the guidance of Maud Schepers and Guusje Collin, she is contributing to the PRYME study, which explores the effects of mindfulness-based interventions on internalizing symptoms in help-seeking youth. Specifically, she will study negativity bias in self-referential processing and its neural correlates as a neurocognitive mechanism of mental illness development.
