Anna moved to Nijmegen in 2015 to follow the Linguistics Master’s programme at Radboud University. During her studies, she focused on the cognitive and social aspects of language. She wrote her MA thesis on the relationship between working memory and multilingualism under the supervision of dr. Stefan Frank. After that, she followed Language and Communication ReMA programme at Radboud University. She wrote her ReMA thesis under the supervision of dr. Susanne Brouwer. In this research she investigated the effects of grammatical gender on sentence processing in Russian language.
During her career, her passion for research has led her to two internships, seven student assistantships, and four research assistantships. While working on those, as well as her own projects, she has gained extensive experience with running complex behavioural, eye-tracking, M/EEG and MRI experiments, and has also been involved in evaluating and analyzing some of the acquired data
Currently, Anna works as a lab coordinator at Roshan Cools PI group and as a clinical trial coordinator for pharmaco-fMRI studies at the Language in Interaction Consortium.
